How To Use (step by step)
- Take a grey Trunk-Vac half and a clear Trunk-Vac half from each bag.
2. Align the two halves and push firmly together ensuring a complete seal is formed.
3. Do NOT put an additional adaptor part on Trunk-Vac. Trunk-Vac has its own built-in HVE adaptor that directly fits into all 11mm, 15mm & 16mm high-volume suction handles. Push Trunk-Vac firmly down into your existing HVE suction handle (the largest suction handle you have available) as far as you can, you’ll eventually feel a biting connection point. Once you achieve a snug fit, you are connected and ready to use.
4. Turn on your suction.
5. Simply hook over the corner of your patient’s mouth.
6. After treatment completion simply pull off to remove and discard of Trunk-Vac in a clinical waste bin.
7. Trunk-vac is currently a single use only device.
